Meagan Good was born on on August 8, 1981, was brought up at Panorama City in Los Angeles by her father Leondis Leon Good and Tyrawardlow-Doyle. Tyra worked for her as a manager throughout her teenage years. She grew with her 3 siblings in Canyon Country California, and made her debut in acting when she was just four years old. She worked as an additional to TV shows like Doogie Howser Amen & M.D. as she began her acting career. Her debut film, "Friday", was launched in the year 1995 at the age of 13. In the role of Cisely, a troubled teenager from Eve's Bayou (1997) garnered her attention. In recognition of this, she was nominated for two awards and her very first N.A.A.C.P. Image Award Nomination. Good started with small roles on film and television during a short period of time before moving into mature roles by the beginning 2000s. In Nickelodeon's Cousin Sceeter she played Nina. Between 1998 and 2001, she appeared in the series "Cousin Skeeter". She also landed minor parts on the show from 1998 to 2001. She also landed minor roles in the film House Party: Down to the final minute, as well as 3 Strikes. In 2003, she played Vanessa Scott, a character in My Wife and Kids. In 2004, she starred in D.E.B.S an action-comedy film that was nominated as Best Actress on the Black Movie Awards 2005. Then she appeared in movies like You Got Served The Cookout, Venom One Missed call Waist Deep and The Love Guru. Following a busy year on T.V. She was a part of Mya the multi-star of Think Like a Man as and Ms. Stevens for Dysfunctional friends. Killmer studied at Baylor University Waco Texas. There she received an B.F.A. in 2010. She received a degree in performing art. The year 2010 marked the beginning of her career on screen with I Can Dream, a web series. Kara Killmer debuted on screen after appearing in a variety of local plays in Simon Fuller's television series If I Can Dream pilot in the year 2010. This reality series revolves around an ensemble of actors who move into a Hollywood California house.
